Promill was born in 1964 in the heart of Delhi, founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that Indian families deserve flour that is as pure as nature intended. By using traditional stone-grinding (Chakki) in a cold-milling process, we ensure that the natural goodness and nutrients of the grain are preserved, not destroyed by heat — a belief that has guided every decision we've made for over 60 years.
From a small mill in Delhi, we've grown into one of Delhi's most trusted names in premium cold-pressed flours and premixes. We were among the first in our region to adopt nitrogen-flush packaging and food-grade silver foil — not because it was fashionable, but because it was right.
