Promill was born in 1964 in the heart of Delhi, founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that Indian families deserve flour that is as pure as nature intended. Our founder believed that milling should preserve nutrition, not destroy it — and that belief has guided every decision we've made for over 60 years.
From a small mill in Rohini, we've grown into one of Delhi's most trusted names in premium cold-pressed flours and premixes. We were among the first in our region to adopt nitrogen-flush packaging and food-grade silver foil — not because it was fashionable, but because it was right.
